Started at a farm to the SE where the friendly farmer gave me permission to use his tracks. This was as simple as they come.
Passed the farm buildings and took the right hand track at a fork. Followed the good track up for about 15 minutes where I saw a small herd of deer.
Ducked under a single wire (possibly electric) and made the last short climb up through a grassy field to the unmarked highpoint, itself just grass.
There is also a telecom structure nearby. Very misty so can’t report on the views. Took an alternative route down, following another good track to the west of the hill. Back near the farm saw the largest silage pit I’ve ever seen – there must be a thousand tyres employed.
If you were in a hurry you could probably bag this up and down in 30 minutes.
